My husband always supports me. Even when I voluntell him to do something. Today, while I was away at a conference, he helped my colleagues, whom he has never met disassemble and move furniture in our new office space. It was back-breaking work, and he had to drive downtown, which make him anxious.
He showed my team that I care about our office.

Grateful for today’s episodes of uncontrollable, spontaneous crying. I am one who has stuffed emotions of sadness or rage for most of my life. I feel like today’s experience is so much in line with the things I’ve been learning from the book “When Your Body Says No,” “Love Yourself Like Your Life Dépends Upon It,” and Fleur Chambers’ guided meditation on chronic pain. Such beautiful and good therapy, I’m thinking.
Especially grateful that I felt lighter and happier after the unusual event.

My spouse helped me check my eating out!
I am learning to like cooking at home and eating out was becoming a new "routine;" thinning out my momentum and creativity in the kitchen.

I couldn't go out and when she got back she said she missed me. That she kept looking at things wondering whether I would like an item she saw while shopping.
It's nice to know that someone is missing me, caring about me, and thinking of me when I'm not around.
